Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Telering Drive Organizer, a browser-based tool provided by Telering to help users view and organize their own Google Drive files and folders.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Telering Drive Organizer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.

2. Description of Service

Telering Drive Organizer provides a Windows-style web interface for Google Drive. Features may include viewing folders, searching files, creating folders, renaming items, moving files or folders, viewing file properties, calculating folder size, copying Drive links, and moving items to trash.

3. Google Account Authorization

To use the tool, you must connect your own Google account through Google OAuth. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the permissions shown by Google before continuing.

Telering Drive Organizer does not ask for your Google password. Authentication is handled by Google.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for all actions performed through your connected Google account. This includes renaming, moving, creating, organizing, or trashing files and folders.

Please review your actions carefully before making changes to your Google Drive. Telering is not responsible for accidental file movement, renaming, deletion, permission changes, or loss caused by user actions.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the tool only for lawful purposes and only with Google Drive accounts and files that you are authorized to access and manage.

You must not use the tool to access, modify, disrupt, or damage files or accounts belonging to others without permission.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Telering Drive Organizer is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The tool is designed to process Google Drive data in your browser and through Google Drive API only for the features you request.

7. Availability and Changes

Telering may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the tool at any time. We may also change features, interface elements, or technical behavior to improve security, reliability, or user experience.

8. Third-Party Services

Telering Drive Organizer depends on Google OAuth and Google Drive API. Your use of Google services is subject to Google’s own terms and policies. Telering is not responsible for outages, limitations, policy changes, or access restrictions imposed by Google.

9. No Warranty

The tool is provided “as is” and “as available.” Telering does not guarantee that the tool will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every browser, account, or Google Drive configuration.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telering is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the tool, including data loss, file misplacement, account access issues, or service interruptions.

11. Termination of Use

You may stop using the tool at any time by disconnecting your Google Drive session and revoking app access from your Google Account settings.
