Telering Drive Organizer is a browser-based tool provided by Telering to help users view, organize, rename, move, and inspect their own Google Drive files and folders through a Windows-style interface.
1. Information We Access
When you choose to connect your Google Drive account, Google may ask you to grant permission for this application to access Google Drive. Depending on the permission scope approved by you, the app may access information such as file names, folder names, file metadata, file size, modified date, owner information, Drive links, and folder structure. This access is used only to display and organize your Google Drive content inside your browser.
2. Google Drive Data Usage
Telering Drive Organizer uses Google Drive data only to provide the features requested by the user, including viewing folders, searching files, creating folders, renaming files or folders, moving files or folders, showing file properties, calculating folder size, copying Drive links, and moving items to trash.
We do not use Google Drive data for advertising, profiling, selling user data, or unrelated analytics.
3. Data Storage
Telering does not store your Google Drive files, folder contents, file list, Gmail password, or Google account password on Telering servers.
Your Google OAuth access token is used temporarily in your browser session to communicate directly with Google Drive API. The access token is not stored in Telering’s database. Basic interface preferences, such as grid/list display mode, may be stored locally in your browser to improve usability. These preferences do not contain your Google password or Google Drive file contents.
4. Login and Credential Security
Login is handled directly by Google through Google OAuth. Telering Drive Organizer never asks for, receives, or stores your Gmail or Google account password.
All OAuth and Google Drive API communications are performed over HTTPS. Your browser and Google handle the authentication process according to Google’s security standards.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your Google Drive data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Your Google Drive data is processed only in your browser and through Google Drive API calls needed to perform the actions you request.
6. User Control
You may disconnect your Google Drive session from the web page at any time. You may also revoke the app’s access from your Google Account settings.
You remain responsible for any action you perform through the tool, such as renaming, moving, creating, or trashing files and folders.
7. Data Deletion
Because Telering does not store your Google Drive files or file list on its server, there is no server-side Google Drive data to delete. To end access, disconnect from the tool and revoke app permissions from your Google Account security settings.
8. Children’s Privacy
This tool is intended for users who are able to manage their own Google account and understand the permissions they grant. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
